| I've got a deal here that i need a home for. IS all fannie is asking for is a VOE. I have a full file. and can't find a home for it. The property is in Chicago. I tried it at Countrywide and we all know how that goes. It's a vested interest Refi or a purchase with a 10% gift of equity. I know a lot of people are wanting to see 20% gift of equity if it is a purchase. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. |

| FHA doesn't require 20% - but I believe on Fannie loans that the borrower has to bring 5% of their own funds if the gift of equity is less than 20% |
