Ok heres what I have!
CA 1 x 30 Late
This can be done 2 ways...
Situation #1: Borrower 1- 752 Mid Borrower 2- 730 Mid Refi Rate in Term 90% LTV Non-owner Occ Triplex W2 Wage-earner LA 700,000.00
Situation #2- Borrower - 639 Mid(Daughter of above is in 1 unit now just on title) Refi Rate in Term Owner Occ Triplex Maternity Leave (I believe W2) LA 700,000.00
