example, owes 80k on 1st, 100k on 2nd...cant refi because house is only worth 160k now compared to 260k years ago
can client get 2nd wiped away??

| What do you mean by "wiped away"? A bankruptcy decree is the only way that I am aware of to clear the borrower's liability for a loan. |
