Thats "predatory???
You know how many people got rich of those programs when their home values skyrocketed? (hopefully they sold)
Loan programs are not predatory in an of themselves to a borrower. THEY ARE PREDATORY TO THE REAL ESTATE MARKET ITSELF.

The only thing Novastar did right is average the three scores together.
I still don't understand why you use the mid score. I would think an average of the three would statisticaly be the most accurate method. |

| I don't misss Novastar. I'm fairly certain I never closed a thing through them. When the market was good, we were asking ourselves, "how to those guys stay in business". |
