I mostly do private money loans. I am overwhelmed with business. I have investors but they can't supply enough. Just in the last 2 days I got several new loans. A few in the 300k to 700k range and 1M , 1.1M, 11.5M, 15M etc.. I have to turn them down.
I need to be able to do residential hard money in Hawaii and Oregon. I have good contacts for commercial loans, thanks to the BO, but I can't place all my residential private money. Most of my loans are in Hawaii. Any private money brokers hiring right now? Please do not reply if you just want to co-broker. Also I want access to true private money.I can look in the scotsman's guide myself for hard money lenders. I dont need another broker to do it for me and keep 50% of the points.

That is exectly what I dont want, a reply from an AE or a co-broker. I am really looking to sign up with a broker who has true private investors. I have investors but I have too many loans for them and they can't do loans above 1M most of the time. Also I need HAWAII and Oregon. Thanks anyway Jeff but it is not what I am looking for. |

Sorry guys. English is not my first language...
Basically I am looking to work for a broker who is set up with multiple private money investors. The company I am with right now has a few hard money lenders but most wont lend in Hawaii. Also I have private investors in Hawaii. Just guys with lots of money. But I have more loans than they can handle. Either too many loans for the funds they have available or just loans too big for them.
So I am searching for a broker who has plenty of private money available. That way I would not have to turn down deals because my investors are tapped out, waiting on payoffs etc... Mainly looking for a remote LO position....
That would be for residential private money. For commercial ,I already have good contacts here on the BO, namely Kyle and Chris.
I hope this is more clear. If not I can write in French and get someone to translate for me......lol
