its full doc, borrower has a 780 fico, and is bringing approx. 200k to the table. loan limit only allows up to 580k in the area so we can't get it to go agency jumbo. what lenders would you suggest i take this deal too? borrower is ideally looking for a low 30 yr fixed.

us bank home mortgage
30 year fixed rate will not be good, but ARM will be decent |

| I could run it as a combo. He could actully go to 90% CLTV. Of course, that's retail only. |

| Flagstar is a good option on this one with a combo to 80% CLTV. Rates will be good. |
