Have you seen him...
I refered a friend of mine to him for a deal. Says they screwed around with it for 2 months now and he is nowhere to be found, VM full, havent heard from him a a week or so.
I am actually taking the deal over now, pending they dont have it 'done' (doubful) but wonder if anyone knows whats up with them/him..

| He replied to me by email the other day as was curious what their warehouse terms sat at. Everbank in the past was aggressive and good, but after their changes/restructuring or whatever they called it awhile ago everyone says they went downhill, but not sure. |

I have a rate/term mixed use there now & been trying to reach him & processer Dorothy since Monday without a return phone call nor email. They have all doc's & don't know what status is on loan! I'm having doubts now that you posted this here, F***!quote:

| I had an apartment deal going through him that he spit out an LOI on only to find out he could not do it due to a net worth issue. Then he said he cleared it through underwriting and all was supposed to be well only to find out he is MIA and the underwriter is now saying net worth is an issue again. Do not care for that guy right now. |
