Hi All,

I am looking for a lender who doesn't have any FICO adjustments (similar to ING). Here is the Scenario.

5/1 ARM or 7/1 ARM
675 mid-score
Full Doc
PLENTY of Assets
80% LTV/CLTV
Rate/Term Refinance
Washington State
BK (dischanged in 2005 - this is what dis-qualified it from ING)

HELP?
