| You should have the client contact a credit repair agency. American Credit Repair I think is the best. Call Sam Parker at 800-419-0987 |

A sub 400 score? Does this borrower pay ANYTHING?!? I don't know of any lender that will touch a sub 400 score |

only had 2 lates on the mortgage when he was out of work for a month b/c of a death in the family he did have a 535 butt when the other bank pulled it it went to a 464
hes in an adjustble w indymac 75 ltv 30 dti |
