Run it full doc as a Freddie jumbo and see if they give you an income waiver. I can't imagine they would but then again, I can't imagine why someone would need to go stated and be a W-2 employee. Things that make you go hmmm.
Plan B. FHA with non-occupant co borrower. |

What lender will accept an income waiver on an LP/Freddie Jumbo / Conforming? It is my understanding it does not matter what the findings state, Freddie still requires full income documentation - paystub and W-2's on Jumbo / Conforming.......
