This client will lose his purchase contract this week, need your help ! Three back-up offers, lost our lender to the Market Monster on Monday !
Here is what we have:
Great DTI, 35 %, got a full file....the issues that took so much time... fraud on credit, and false leins, we have all proof, and corrected the items, but waiting intently for Landamerica to complete the FICO final, they told us not til Friday for all changes to affect. Problem, we need docs by this weekend to save the sale....
We have a complete file, and all proof of errors and changes, can someone get this in, with the final update due prior to funding ??? HELP !!
