Really need to close by August 15th....
I am having a bit of a dillemma.. Security Atlantic has denied the loan with the reason being there being 1 30 day late after her BK a year and a half after she was discharged.
Borrower middle-564
Co-Borrower middle-640
FHA Purchase
97% LTV
DTI 13%/30%

I have seen MUCH worst then this get approved. I need to know a lender to take this file to like yesterday, i really want to close for them on the 15th. They are close child-hood friends of mine. Any and all help would greatly be appreciated!
Even if you know of a good AE that will fly this, please give me some contact info. I am desperate over here and my first place to turn is the BO.
