Are you aware of any lender doing 500 fico on fha or conventional?
This is Texas loan. I have several files with 534,572, 515 etc.
Please let me know ASAP

We are doing FHA down to 500 on the retail side still. On wholesale, it's still 580. If you'd like I can try and submit them for approval for "one last hope."
I don't know if you have any other options. |
