| I am looking for a lender that will do blanket loans for investors. Since everyone is cracking down on how many loans you can have on investment properties. All your input is greatful.... |

Padda huh? you work with Harry huh? Is Harry the boss over there?
Blankets are a dead breed - well there are two or three lending sources that will touch them under specific circumstances..... |

To answer you question no I don't work for Harry. And two blank loans are not dead. Scottsmans Guide has a selection of companys that still do blanket loans, but not many in Missouri. So you stand corrected.
Thank you. |

Scottsman guide is brokers that say they are doing these. Not actual lenders. up until Jan. There were a select few doing these for residential properties. Now there are a handful of people actually closing these. The city and State, ltv, and loan amounts are always key. I have seen several blankets in the last few months. And have sent them off to close and have not seen one close yet.

| You can read all the scottsman's guides that you want.... i've been doing this for years.... blanket loans are dead..... especially if you are trying to blanket residential properties...... so you and harry are 'equals' over there? he told us he was actually one of the owners.... a 'managing member'..... anyway.... good luck to you.... |

Well, you are wrong again. And I have been doing loans for years also. So does that make me or you any better? NO! But yet I found a lender that still does blanket loans. And I am moving right along with the loan. Yet it is not a mortgage banker nor a hard money lender. Just have to know the right questions to ask you AE's. So have a good one...... |
