Hello, (DIRECT HARD MONEY LENDER ONLY)
I am looking for a 2nd mtg or HELOC. Here is a scenario:
Loan amount request$345,000
Appraisal value $2,310,000 (please see attachment)
CLTV: 65%
Doc type: FULL DOC
Existing 2nd mortgage $250,000 (to be pay off)
Existing 1st mortgage $1,155,418 past due ($13,906)
FICO 544/488
The borrower is a sheriff deputy for 26 years and makes $18,147 per month, and co-borrower makes $5500 per month.
The property is located on 3.12 acres in Los Gatos. (Please see appraisal report). The purpose of this loan is strictly for debt consolidation.
