Here is what I have.

I can do convential financing in Colorado through my net brach but I am not approved with any hard money lenders through them. I would charge a consulting fee to be taken from closing if I referred this transaction to anyone where possible.

Loan Amount $200 to $300
Appraised value $1.1mil
Borrower Currently ownes approximatly 23 rental homes and a mobile home park. Only a few are owned free and clear. They all cashflow.
