30-50,000 cash-out
full doc (ratios around 43%)
Massachusetts
owner occuppied

The problem I am running into is that this borrower has a rental property (has for about 2 years now) and his tax returns show a loss instead of a profit. Put it this way if you know a lender that I can show a W2 and 3 leases to that would be the best.

He previously lived in one of the units and now does not which is part of the reason the rental property showed a loss. As far as I can tell the tax returns aren't something I would share! =0)

Please let me know what to do!
