Bad time of year for the dominican....
But... it depends on what is being proposed as far as scenario....
We have 53 direct lending sources that will fund international deals...

We have sources that will do it. You must work direct with borrower, we will not entertain any co-broker activities.
They must have business plan, 3 year proformas for the project to start with. No junk fees upfront. We take a serious look at these projects. If real estate it can be done but they are competing for money against oil and gas right now. Call to discuss

| Chris is right about the time of the year. BUT many developers are looking into Mexico, DR, and Cost Rica to keep things going. Email me and I'll tell you what I need to see to get a better handle on your deal. |
