Owns and operates as 100% shareholder a Nevada Corporation with Nevada Contractor License. Operates in multi states with multi-state licensing. Moving residence and accounting office from Utah to Nevada.
I am having difficulty finding a lender that will do 80% SIVA. And then when I do, they have a problem with moving, even though it is obviously in the best interest of the business.
Please someone help me or at least tell where to go even if the borrower has to come up with more downpayment.

| I'm going to put up another post to confirm, but I'm mostly sure State and NV are no longer in the books with any lender. |

| I believe but could be wrong that Vertice will do it to 60% ltv/cltv but that's all I know of. |

| Our retial side will do 80% LTV with a 700 credit score but I would check on that Nevada thing first. If so, see if you can work with a lender who will not condition for income if DU or LP findings come back with a verbal only finding. |
