| Smells like BS to me. No one is doing no doc million dollar ULOCs and I highly doubt you have a 7 day turn around time. Also the how is the rate 3-% lower than everyone else? The going rate right now start at prime + 1. |

Before you call BS, I just had a friend that was funded a 1.5 million ULOC. The fees were silly high, but funded.

| Thats funny, I could have sworn your name on outpost is mortgagemessiah which doesnt really relate to an unsecured loan. Who ever said anything about a million dollar unsecured loan? Also, you tell me who you know that was able to obtain an unsecured loan at prime -1, just cause the mortgage business is hurting doesnt necessarily mean that the unsecured business is, where do you think people are getting the money to fund a start-up business or anything else for that matter. I didnt really post this announcemnt for your feedback either, I did it because right now I work for one of the few companies that are actually getting these loans funded, so me and the brokers I work with are killing it right now so I dont really need you to send me business especially if you think its BS. If you dont believe in the product, there is no way you'd be able to sell it and that you should know. Thank you for your imput though Anyone else that is interested can feel free to contact me with any questions. For those of you who have actually sent me deals, keep it up. |

What's up Jason, who funded that ULOC for your buddy? Was he full doc or stated? |

I think it was Sovereign Bank. It was all stated. If I remember correctly, he has deposits with them on hand, and has a long history with them. Stellar credit also.

There have been dozens of you fast talking brokers who boast they get these high limit stated ULOC from banks in the past 6 months on this site. Where are they now? The same place you will be in 3 weeks, flipping burgers or back selling cars.
The business owners who qualify for ULOCs in the $1million+ range are not going to deal with a broker with a sales pitch like yours. They'll chew you up and spit you out. |

| Well Messiah, if you knew anything about the business I'm in you'd know I dont need any type of sales pitch because this kind of thing sells itself. I really dont feel like going back and fourth with someone so negative. My buddy is on here all the time and as soon as I read your your last message out loud to him he knew exactly who poseted it. So what does that say about you? Like I said before if you're not inetersted than dont reply to me its that simple. You can think about me flipping burgers, selling cars or standing around naked, honsetly I dont really feel you should be thinking about me at all. Get a life buddy, or a real job that way you have something better to do than try to bully people on a broker forum. Its obvious you're having a bad time out there otherwise you wouldnt be so negative. Keep workin those FHA loans pal, I heard brokers are doing real well these days. |

You think you're some kind of big shot or something? Fact of the matter is I'm over here laughing at you right now since you think you know so much about me. Obviously I am able to deliver something since I've been pulling bsuienss off outpost for the last 6 months. You think you run broker outpost or something? How many other people have you just gone and shot your mouth off to on this site. I didnt ask you for any business or post anything to you directly so I dont see why you keep talking to me, I really couldnt care what you think or whether or not you even believe the garbage that you are talking right now. I guess will be in touch in the next 30 days so I can update you on how my office is doing since you seem to care so much. I have a funny feeling you're not doing any business so you want to bring as many people down with you as you can by looking posting this crap or wasting my time going back and fourth with you. I am new to writing loans. I have been working very hard at acquiring clients. I have several clients and am ready to write loans. The loans are unsecured personal and unseecured business loans. I am not doing any secured loans.
I am trying to find a good relationship where I can receive good referral fees. I have talked to several companies, but the referral fees are low. How can I deal directly with lenders like they do, where I can receive larger fees?
Any information will be appreciated. |

Original poster, shoot me some info...
Indigo..unsecured loans are not my specialty by any means, but I assume they are like most other types of financing and mortgages. First off, welcome to the industry. That being said, unfortunately..you got to put your time in and earn your dues before you get direct with sources and earning higher splits. The lenders that are doing these type deals, to my knowlegdge, honestly don't want to deal with inexperience and babysitting deals.
That being said, do what you can to get deals done.. |
