| Anybody doing these at reasonable rate - 780 credit score with mounds of reserves. Full Doc purchase, SFR FTHB, 480K loan amount. Please don't give me FHA or Alt A. |

| I can do a 90% CLTV 1st and 2nd retail but 95% is going to be tough. Have you tried US Bank? |
