| Got a guy who wants to refinance his building and needs a hard money loan, his credit is bad due to identity theft, building appraised at 675,000 in october. 65% ltv, can anybody help him please let me know something asap. |

What kind of building?
Where is it?
Is it leased or o/o?
What exactly is the credit score? Can he prove identity theft?

How bad is the score? Where is the property located? Please email me a loan summary or executive summary.
