Hi Guys,
Any banks that will do a cash out refinance to 75% with no seasoning required?
I'm trying to find out more qualifications on this. I'm not sure about FICO, etc. But any banks can possibly do this? Thanks in advanced. |

| We can cash out with 1 day on title at Flagstar. I think US Bank will too. Not sure of the others. |

LP now requires 6 months title seasoning on refi cashout, but DU still has not requred that yet, as per an e-mail from HSBC.
Make sure that you select DU when you do the lender's AUS.

I don't agree. My understanding is that with the new version of DU but FNMA and Freddie require 6 months seasoning for cash out. |
