| I have a borrower I financed with private money last year. 1 year balloon coming due. The only reason I can't put her through FHA or Fannie is that she receives child support from a married man who can't have any type of agreement due to conception when he was already married. Borrower has years of on time money orders but there is no agreement or order. Scores are low 6's due to old issues. Everything is on time...Borrower will be selling another free and clear property in the 600's within the next 1-1/2 years that she recently inherited. I need a reasonable rate private mortgage. |
