I have a small commercial 632 and 650 mid / C/O REFI / 170K / 55 LTV / FULL DOC / 39DTI / 325K value (368K ZILLOW for land) / has a comm bldg on it with the only ATM in town / want lender that will NOT require appraisal!!!!!! The reason being it takes 12 to 15 weeks for an appraiser to go out there and they need C/O NOW!!! Need to close ASAP!!! Lenders only.
