Developer needs additional $250K to complete poolhouse/spa/etc...
New SFR completed on property with Certificate of Occupancy.
Need to convert historical out-building into poolhouse/spa.
Recentl appraisal $1.3997M (does not include 1700 sq ft walkout).
BPO for $1.85M
Current permanent lien of $825K
Located in suburban Chicago - OUTSIDE of Cook County
Exit is sale with potential buyers from Parade of Homes Tour.
$250K F/C Land and 2 Homes for possible Cross-Collateral
Seeking quick close in any lien position.
Any offers suggestions/appreciated... |
