So far we have found that the following lenders are good for the products below.
1. ING--Great rates..up to 45% DTI. Limited LTV's
2. Astoria..>Amazing rates but 33/38 ratios. limited LTV's as well
3. Chevy Chase--good rates and up to 90% LTV to 650K
4. US Bank--Decent rates and up to 90% LTV up 750K or 800K
5. Wachovia (world Savings)-Great stated products.
Who else is out there for loan amounts higher than the Fannie/Freddie Jumbo's? |
