That is because I emailed EMScommercial twice and never heard back from him.

Chris , I got your email. I never got your reply. After not hearing from you I emailed Steve(mortgagemessiah) and didnt hear from him. So I decided to post here. I would not have emailed my scenario to anyone else or over here on BO if I would have received your email.

So Steve , why make me look like a wannabe broker when you can't even reply to my email? Isn't it normal to post on BO after no hearing back from anyone????

Anyways it is just funny on here how some people just feed on making others look stupid

You didn't hear from us because 1) you sent the email on a Friday night and 2) it sounds like a F.U.N. file.

Actually I emailed Chris early in the week twice but he said he replied to it , I just didnt get his the email. So I hope he understands what happened here.

But for you, I agree that I didn't wait very long to hear back from you, maybe because you didn't reply to my last few emails I sent you. I had a feeling you would not reply to this one so I didnt wait before i post on BO.
It is still funny that you dont reply to me directly but make sure to make fun of me on here. It is a R.E.A.L. file by the way. Why don't you just want to see the file before saying it is a FUN file? The guy never shopped around yet. He was days from closing with his local bank and the bank pulled the plug on ALL commercial loans, not only his.

Again you didn't reply to my email I sent you last night but you make sure to reply on here. Do you have anything else to do beside trying to make me look like I dont know what I am doing or that I spam scenarios?

I will gladly never send you another scenario again.

Very very few people are doing residential development deals right now and the ones who are require between a 20-30% deposit for each sold unit and want at least 40-50% of the units pre-sold.

Well, I have the copies of the email replies that I sent to you 'dharma'..... Would you consider checking your spam folder (if you haven't already deleted) to look for my replies....

Steve.... you are working for a new company, huh? How's that going?
