Robert take that to First Federal bank of California www.firstfedwholesale.com They are usually 65% to 5m, but will probably get you an extemption on that

Ok, let me give you the exact scenario so you can let me know what you have to offer.
Purchase Price - 5.7 mil
Full Doc
Owner Occ
750 Fico
3 mil in the bank
Would like to put the least amount down as possible but will put 30% if needed.
What would par be, 1 back and a charge of 1?

WISH i could still touch a loan amount like that...
Out of curiosity, what does the borrower do that he can go full doc on a 5m loan? |

Give us a call asap if you are having trouble placing anything with high value and need a fast close. We have access to 5 Billion in one private fund and 50 Billion in the other. We do primarly commercial but can do residential 1 million or higher.
