I HAVE NOT DONE A OPTION ARM FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS, BUT MY BORROWER HAS ASK ME FOR A OPTION ARM.IT IS A JUMBO, 825,000 LOAN AMOUNT, APPRAISED AT 1,100,00, 75% LTV, SIVA, 720 FICO. NEED TO FIND A LENDER.
ANY HELP OUT THERE FINDING SOME LENDERS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
