I am looking for information about an opportunity in this field.
I have a few aquaintances in my local area that have a 12 person loan mod office. they have 4 sales people (just answering phones to the direct mailers that they have received). then there are 3 processors that act like a mortgage processor, gather docs, taking applications etc... then there are 4 negotiators that call the banks and negotiate settlements all day long.
1) pro you just sit at the phones and take deposits all day long 2) con but you make ****,
