Mortgage banking minded Federally Chartered Thrift is seeking quality retail branches. We offer FHA, VA and conforming products at competitive pricing in-house or you can broker your loans through a multitude of other lenders.

For banked loans, you keep 100% of fees less a $300 per loan charge.

You can lend in 49 states. We currently don't lend in New York or Washington, D.C.


All employees are paid W-2. Senior Management is very experienced mortgage bankers and affiliate branch operators.

Branch approval usually within 2 weeks.

Most Fed Charter have very high monthly volume requirements, what are yours?

You can do Reverse Mortgages with Taylor Bean & Whitaker.

The cost for a brokered loan is $595 + 15 basis points.

TBW? I have done numerous loans with them and am unaware of them doing Reverse Mortgages. Are you certain?

I would like information concerning TBW. I have spoken to the account exec who in turn spoke to his higher ups and apparently no one knows anything about TBW doing reverse mortgages. How is it that you state you use them for reverses???
