I have a scenario for a client, she owns a commercial property, retail space, FREE & CLEAR.
She needs a line of credit of $150,000.
Her middle score is 759.
Can someone help immediately? Need to get this done ASAP!!!

It would be less expensive for her to refinance the property - and a better chance of financing than lines of credit now a days.....

| That small, just contact Wells. They've become kind of a pain, but if they like the deal they can close pretty quick and easily (never know, some go through fine and others = bashing head against wall). Won't make much, but for small balance their good. |
