WE CURRENTLY HAVE A CLIENT WITH A $5M COMMERCIAL LOAN IN VANCOUVER CANADA, SEEKING A LENDER TO FUND THE LOAN. WE HAVE ALL THE DOCS WITH US. ALL WE NEED IS A LENDER THAT WOULD REVIEW THE LOAN AND ISSUE A MORTGAGE COMMITMENT LETTER. THIS LOAN WOULD BE BACKED BY A STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT AS A COLLATERAL FOR THE LOAN. THE LENDER HAS ZERO RISK AS THE STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT WOULD SERVE AS GUARANTY. THIS LETTER OF CREDIT WOULD BE ISSUED BY A PRIME BANK IN SWITZERLAND.
