We have developed a relationship with a FED Charter Bank and they have brought us on to find some Branches and Loan Officers to join their team. You will be able to start lending in all 50 states and not have to worry about getting licensed in each specific state. The FED Charter Bank provides the Branch Managers and Loan Officers with the service and tools they need to be successful in today's ever-changing market.

If you are interested in some information on this opportunity please feel free to email me. I will email you back a Branch Parter Profile that you will fill out and email/fax back to me. I will then take the profile and pass it on to an Executive with the FED Charter Bank and have them call you and get you any information that you need. The profile gives them a sense of your current business. I will not be able to give you any information until a profile is filled out. The FED Charter Bank would not like me to release their name until they make intitial contact with you. By you filling out the profile, it shows them that you are serious in your search. As always if you have any questions feel free to contact me. Thanks for your time and I wish everybody success in their business ventures.

Best Regards,

Sam Saleh

Am I reading this correctly? This Federal Charter bank has never maintained a branch setup, until you started offering this TPO program? Or -- they have an existing branch setup and you're marketing that as a TPO?

To get people interested, it's best to share more information. For example.. What are the splits, what are the costs for brokering as opposed to banking the loans, etc.

FLPROCESSOR,

I'd love to give all that information out, but like I said in my post the FED Charter Bank wants whomever is interested to meet them half way by filling out a Partner Profile. This lets them know that the person is interested in the opportunity and not just shopping them around. It definitely is a solid opportunity and if you are interested feel free to get in contact with me via email or phone. Thanks and have a productive day!

Best Regards,

Sam S.
