Apt complex in Bryan Tx.
Owner needs cash out to 65%(1.3m) or as high as someone is willing to lend
Currently owes788k property is worth roughly 2-2.4M
I have 1003 and rent rolls.
bad credit
wants cash out to fix up property and pay off his home in AZ that he lives in.

We have some private lenders in TX that may be interested. Is the apartment cashflowing?

| I would say no. it breaks even and positive a bit. Not a pretty loan. the property covers itself nothing special. Just trying to help the guy if i can |

Your probably looking at 50% LTV then. If he wants to take a look at that let me know

| Im open for it. He just wants as much cash out as possible so if his building is trully worth what he says it is then 200k out would be fine. |
