The real FHA broker must be listed on HUD website and
not only that if they are real funding correspondents or
lenders, either mini-eagle or full-eagle, they must have
had their company names on the public records when they
recorded the FHA loans.

Call the customer service department of your title
company and let the farm specialist pull out FHA LENDERS
ON RECORD as appeared on the recorded deeds (or on the
updated property profiles). You'll be surprised that
most of the claimed FHA specialists did even have the
track records of funding and recording FHA loans there.

I am looking for one myself, but I am not gonna
look up real public records. I know for a fact that
First Guaranty Financial Corporation in Sant Ana, CA
(www.fgflend.com) has a track record as recent FHA
funders (full eagle) and I did fund one loan with them.
Guild Mortgage is another one, as much as J & R Lending.
You will find more names of the "No B.S" FHA brokers/
lenders from title records for any area of L.A. Country.

Peter,

I was pretty suprised to see you mention J&R Lending...I run the FHA and conventional departments for them :-)

I found J&R lending as an FHA lender on public record that
I had asked a title farm specialist to pull for me and so
I mentioned it.

Are you an FHA broker, a mini-eagle, a full-eagle lender?
