client is a nurse 6 years same job in TN.jist took a new position in Fla. at a 34 percent raise-only on new job one month but has an annual contract
Will bank use new salary ? |

maybe not...one year contract=problems
If you can get the employer to say its probable that the contract will be renewed then you should be OK. Its a grey area otherwise and open to interpretation, hope you get a nice UW :) |

provide a the most current months paystub, using only base salary to qualify.
