I need a little clarification here please. I just come out of a meeting w/ a client who knows either much more than I do or is very confused: He is building 2,000 low priced single fam. homes in the Dominican Republic. He believes that the mortgages for the purchaser will be FHA financed or insured through Freddy Mac or Fannie Mae. I just can not even imagine that anything like this could happen to non Americans outside the USA. Please enlighten me if I should have missed something...
Thank you.

| Since I first saw this thread I have tried to find anything on FHA outside the US and could not find anything. Your client is very confused. |

I assumed the same but than again I wanted to make sure at first. I have requested all documentation after our initial meeting and can not wait to see in writing what he has. If it should be anything to the contrary, I will let you know.
