Loaning in Indiana, are there competitive companies left on the wholesale side who can still do HELOCs. Looking for a lender who can do up to 95%-- I'm tired of referring all my 2nds to a local retail bank for the 15% on our 80/15/5s. Their rates are 7.75%-8.25% depending on credit so I need someone who can compete. Thanks for any help!
