I have been using an online lead generation system for the past few months and I have been getting a few solid refi leads DAILY - cost is $27 per month.
I'm using it for my mortgage website and another business which is tied into a CRM - everyday I simply pick up the phone and call the leads from the day before - those that do nothing or I don't reach them on the initial call it sends out an email to them as often as I want to stay in front of them.
Also weening out of the biz into a much more lucrative field where if you have a good system in place such as this system, you will make a killing.
