| Is anyone encountering borrowers who are currently upside down on their current residence anywhere from $40K - $100K and they are trying to purchase a new home and short sale their current residence? It seems like I've had a slew of Realtors trying to send me borrowers like this and I'm always having to turn them away. Anyone else encountering these types of borrowers? |

| You need to close them this week, "sale and bale" is done this month. |
