Hi, I have 2 scenario's I need a Lender for.

$470,000
10% down or
Loan Amount $417,000
Fico 721
OO
SFR
Self-Employed
SIVA

Purchase
$380,000
10% Down
2 units
OO
SFR
Fico 776
She is purchasing the home she is renting
She owns another home in her name. This home was given to her when her mother passed away, but her father still lives there.

Please let me know if you can do this.

If either of these borrower can bring 20%-25% to the table feel free to contact us.
