I am interested in finding out more information on how to become licensed to sell commercial real estate in all 50 states. The purpose is to be able to help clients find suitable 1031 replacement properties in the form of real estate TIC's. I am looking at all options and figured the BO might be able to shed some light on the subject.
With seemingly half of the members of the board also real estate agents, I am hoping someone has some ideas.
**NOTE: I am NOT looking to do commercial mortgages in all 50 states and the carribean unless you have direct access to a hedge fund |
