I am looking for someone that will do a SIVA at 75% (besides Wachovia) owner occupied villa in florida. Customer had it on the market within the last year, but changed her mind and sold her house instead and moved into the villa. They are in different counties.
Has plenty of assets.
Or what about business bank statements? Any suggestions? |

| Our guidelines still go to 75% cash out SIVA but you might have a declining market hit - I'm not sure. |

We also allow for that but may have a declining market hit as well? Give me a call if I can help
