| Probably not going to happen at that score and SIVA in this market but I will check around. We require a 700 minimum and Full Doc only so you can see how far off your scenario is. 6 months ago, this would have gotten approved. |

| Well, I know that on our conforming OTC Construction loan that there is not a DTI requirement, it is more determined by DU findings. You never know if the file can get an Accept but I think you might want to get that credit score up 10 points first. |
