Hello there,
I am looking for a business financial lender who would lend based on the business without real estates. I have a client who purchases a bar in santa cruz, Ca for $430,000 with 10% down, excellent fico score, and 15 years of experience in bars & restaurant business. Please let me know if anyone can do this type of loan.
PS. NOT interest in SBA loan because it would take too long.
