10,000 sqft custom home on a 21.5 acres almond parcel
appraised for 1.75MM a month ago
Borrower score is 716
Loan amount needed is 290K to pay the construction note.
SISA program
Any lenders out there at 16% LTV?
My guy doesnt want more than 7.5% interest rate. Any conventional source out there? Ive tried all the sources. Im running into two issues:
Res. banks are not touching it as these guys dont show much income, and that its on a 21 acre agricultural parcel
Ag. banks are not touching it as the value of the almonds itself is not more than 400-450K. and these guys are stated.
Need some help.

| Run it du with a $1 in income and a dollar in assets. with that credit and that LTV you should get an approval. |

9.99% On a 40 due in 20 with 2 year pp with a cost of 2.00% and $795 underwriting close within 5-7 business days.
