| Need $2M loan to build 4 model homes - later will build 20 other homes. Located in El Sobrante, CA - $5.5M already spent on land and developing the land. Ready to start building now. |

Residential developments are obviously not anyone's preferred collateral to lend against right now, but we are still lending against them.
We just closed last week on a 31 lot subdivision in Indiana. $3.875m loan amount. |

Interesting, I d like to hear more, if they close it...I have a few that "were solid" but I cant get any traction on them these days.
