Tony,

I'd be interested to find out more info about this project. Give me a call or e-mail me and we can discuss it in more detail.

Kyle,

Residential developments are obviously not anyone's preferred collateral to lend against right now, but we are still lending against them.

We just closed last week on a 31 lot subdivision in Indiana. $3.875m loan amount.

Tony

I would be interested in taking a look at this loan. Residential loans are very difficult these days, however, I still have a lender looking at them.

Please feel free to contact me at any time to discuss this.

We are commercial mortgage brokers.

We can arrange any type of asset based lending. From lines of credit to accounts receivable, purchase order, equipment financing to real estate. We maintain relationships with a variety of different banks. This gives us the ability to offer the best terms for loans from $500,000.00 and up. Loans can be submitted through our web site, www.greenmountainfs.com, via e-mail to greenmountainfs@gmail.com or call us at 516-596-1456.
