Is there anyone out there now that is doing what Taylor Bean is doing on FHA?

sub 600 or 580 scores
great pricing down to 580

I really don't care about turn times, they have to be better than TBW.

I am looking for a second chance for my turn downs, and I don't want to send them to a subprime FHA lender that give a 7.5% rate with no YSP.
